CDL-A Dedicated Driver – Home Daily | $75K–$98K Annually

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated route based near Delaware, OH. This position offers consistent miles, reliable pay, and daily home time with a structured schedule.

Position Overview

• Hiring Radius: Within 40 miles of Delaware, OH
• Routes: OH, PA, NY (no NYC), KY, WV
• Freight: 90–95% dedicated

Schedule & Home Time

• Early Morning Routes: Start between 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Line Haul: Start between 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Shifts:
• • 2 AM shifts Tuesday–Saturday (occasional Mondays)
  • 1 PM shifts Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
• Home Time: Designed to be home daily (limited overnight routes)

Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $1,450 – $1,650
• Annual Pay: $75,400 – $85,800
• Top Earners: Up to $98,000
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Detention Pay: $20
• Average Miles: 1,800 – 1,900 per week
• Average Stops: 20 – 25 per week

Equipment

• Automatic Trucks (Freightliner & International)
• 53’ Dry Van Trailers
• Slip Seating Required
• Trucks cannot be taken home

Job Duties

• Unload using pallet jack and liftgate
• Handle mostly no-touch freight on line haul
• Maintain high on-time delivery standards (99% goal)
• Assist with operational needs as required

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of experience
• Hazmat endorsement required
