CDL-A Semi-Local Truck Driver Job – Portland, OR (Home Weekly, $104K+ Pay) A driver focused company hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for a high-paying semi-local driving position based near Portland, Oregon. This role offers consistent miles, strong weekly pay, and the opportunity to run regional and Canada routes with additional compensation.

Job Highlights:

• Average annual pay: $104,000+
• Weekly miles: ~1,800
• Home time: Out approximately 2 nights per week
• Schedule: 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off
• Start time: Around 6:00 AM (flexible)

Compensation Details:

• Competitive CPM with increases based on tenure
• Additional pay for stops, drop & hook, and live unloads
• Premium pay for Canada routes + border crossing bonuses
• Holiday and training pay available

Driver Responsibilities:

• Deliver tires to warehouses and retail locations
• Unload freight (30–200 lbs per tire)
• Handle 400 tires per day on average
• Secure loads and manage returns

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months CDL-A experience
• Ability to obtain passport within 90 days
• Must be able to cross into Canada
• Ability to perform heavy physical work
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
