Local CDL Driver – Home Daily – $1,600 Weekly Guarantee

We are hiring experienced CDL drivers for a high-paying local position offering consistent freight, strong weekly earnings, and daily home time.

Pay & Benefits:

• $1,600 weekly guaranteed (full schedule required)
• Average $1,650/week (Top earners $1,730)
• $34 per stop (22–28 stops weekly)
• Hourly pay: $16.75 (dock work)
• $500 transition bonus
• Annual average: $85,000+

Schedule:

• Tuesday–Saturday work week
• Flex position (days & nights required)
• • Day start: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Night start: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Home daily (no layovers)

Job Details:

• Local deliveries within MN & WI
• Driver unload using electric pallet jack
• Cross-docking required
• Mix of attended and unattended deliveries
• 1,000–1,570 miles per week

Equipment:

• 2020+ straight trucks

Requirements:

• 12 months straight truck experience
• Class A or B CDL
• Hazmat endorsement REQUIRED at time of application
• Ability to work flexible schedule (day/night rotation)
