Position: CDL-A Local Driver
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

• $27.50/hour
• Average $1,000–$1,200/week
• Overtime after 50 hours

Schedule:

• Home daily
• 8–14 hour shifts
• Evening/night start times
• Saturday work required (3x/month)

Key Details:

• Guaranteed 8 hours/day
• Local routes only
• Approximately 2,000 miles/week

Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• 6+ months experience
• Must live within 50-mile radius

Compensation Growth:

• Year 1: $28.18/hr
• Year 2: $29.05/hr
• Year 3: $30.50/hr
