Job Overview:
We are hiring Local CDL-A Truck Drivers based in Becker, MN. This is a dedicated account offering consistent freight, daily home time, and competitive weekly pay. Drivers will haul cardboard bale loads and occasional backhaul freight using dry van trailers.

Compensation & Pay:

• $0.53–$0.55 CPM
• Average Annual Pay: $83,000
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,400
• Weekly Bonus: $200
• Drop & Hook Pay: $16 per stop
• Live Load/Unload Pay: $38–$40 per stop
• Detention Pay: $20/hour (after 1 hour)
• Training Pay: $200/day
• Holiday Pay: $200/day
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Schedule & Home Time:

• Monday through Friday
• Start Time: 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• Home Daily
• No weekend work

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up cardboard bale loads from customers
• Deliver freight to distribution center
• Handle backhaul loads (may include pork or alcohol)
• Complete 4–6 loads per day
• Operate dry van trailers (53’)

Freight Details:

• No-touch freight
• 50% drop & hook / 50% live unload

Equipment:

• Day cab tractors
• Automatic transmission
• Remote fleet management
• Truck parking at home (with approval)

Hiring Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• 3+ months of CDL-A experience required
• Must live within 50 miles of Becker, MN
