Driver focused Carrier is hiring experienced CDL-A Team Drivers to join a safety-focused, driver-first carrier that prioritizes consistency, respect, and strong earnings. This OTR opportunity is ideal for established teams looking to maximize miles and weekly income with a reliable operation.

Drivers average 5,000–6,000 miles per week, earning approximately $2,800 gross per driver weekly. Freight is mostly no-touch, allowing you to stay focused on driving while running across all 48 states.

Home time includes a minimum of 3 weeks out with 3–4 days at home. Riders and pets are allowed, and benefits begin after 60 days.

Hiring Areas:
Drivers must live within 50 miles of Laredo, TX; within 75 miles of Salt Lake City, UT; or within a 100-mile radius of Albuquerque, NM. Teams may live anywhere in Florida but must live within 100 miles of each other.

We are also hiring drivers based in Boise, ID; Mountain Home, ID; Twin Falls, ID; Glenns Ferry, ID; Moab, UT; Monticello, UT; Provo, UT; Green River, UT; and Ogden, UT.

Additional pay includes detention, stop pay, breakdown pay, short haul pay, and holiday pay.
